"לא חוזר לשם יותר שילמתי יותר מ 9000 לשלושה ימים והתאכזבתי מאוד"

הגענו לחדר אוכל של קיבוץ ולא למלון אוכל קר בריכה מטונפת ניקיון חדרים על הפנים הגענו לחג שבועות ולא הייתה אוירה של חג בכלל

יצאנו משפחה מורחבת 14 אנשים מגיל 86 ועד שנה לנופש צוות הבידור היה נהדר הם פגשו אותנו לאורך כל היום בבריכה בלובי ובערב בהופעות והפעלות לכל המשפחה . צוות הקבלה היה שירותי מאוד נתן מענה לכל בקשה במיוחד אוון. כל נותני השירות היו מקסימים מהשוערים ועד המלצרים בחדר האוכל .

הניקיון לא משהו במיוחד במסדרונות השטיחים מיושנים ומלוכלכים. המלצרים בחדר האוכל שירותיים אבל כמעט ולא מדברים בעברית. הדבר שהכי הפריע שזה מלון הכל כלול והאוכל היה ממש של אכסניה. בישול סתמי וחוזר על עצמו בכל יום . בצבא האוכל כבר יותר אסתטי ומגוון. אני מבינה שהמלון היה מקום למפונים וכנראה בישלו רק כדי להשביע . חבל מאןד.

החדר היה טוב עם נוף לבריכה ולים

היינו בחג וזה היה טעות מלא אנשים אי אפשר לעשות כלום חדר האוכל לא היה בסדר בכלל היינו אמורים להיות 2 לילות בסוף החלטנו לחזור הביתה ביום השני וקיבלנו החזר

ציפינו למשהו ברמה גבוהה…אבל זה ממש ההפך

א לא קיבלנו את החדר שהזמנו ב המלון לא נקי..המסדרונות בין החדרים מטונפים״לצערי״כאילו אין כוח אדם שעובד בכלל השטיחים מוזנחים פחי האשפה בקומות לא רוקנו כנראה כמה ימים… ג בחדר אוכל המלצרים והאנשים שפפס ההגשה צריכים ללמוד שלא אוספים אוכל לפני הזמן..יש שעות לארוחת בוקר..המלצרים והצוות תמיד שעה לפני סיום הארוחה היו מתחילים לפנות אוכל מהפס…משהו שעושה תחושה לא נעימה בכלל…. הרבה פעמים ביקשנו דברים ולא קיבלנו… דבר שהיה נגמר לא היו משלימים את החסרים.עד כך שכבר בשעה 9:00 לא היה להם מעדן אחד לתתת לילדה…ממש גרוע…במלונות אחרים שילמנו פחות וקיבלנו מעל ומעבר…כאן זה ממש היה חבל על כל שקל..
