Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - John Wayne Airport

Front desk clerks are very friendly and helpful, very pleasant when checking in/out. Facility is clean and secured, walking at night around the neighborhood is pleasant, airport noise is minimum, inside the room cannot hear the airplane jet noise. Awesomes experience.

None. For the price we could not ask for anything better than that.

There is no "breakfast", only small muffins, multi-grain bars and coffee.

Horrible experience, the hotel was dirty, hair everywhere. Nothing was properly clean. I was supposed to be there for a vacation and my son couldn't even enjoy because once started playing around, we had who ever was staying underneath us started knocking very violently. It was like if we were living in an apartment building instead of an actual hotel. Never staying there again. Pictures on the website don't match what really the rooms look.

Great location, but I didn't get a chance to see the inside of the rooms.

I wouldn't know, this place denied the existence of my reservation, citing "no card on file to reserve" despite the confirmation page I showed them which said "reserved with card ending in xxxx". Wouldn't even look any further into the situation, stating "it's not in the system, we have no more rooms available"... Basically telling me to go f#*$ myself. They told me to check the nearest location, which was one of the most deplorable facilities I've ever been unfortunate enough to visit. This "glitch" in the system spiraled into one inconvenience after another for a carefully planned stay to recover from a surgery I was scheduled to have the next day. I will never stay at any Extended Stay location in this life, nor the next.
