Excellent room, friendly staff, nice bar, (did not eat). Car park a bit of a joke but secure

Bed was comfortable and room was big. The girl at reception when we checked in was so nice and welcoming.

The heating wasn't working staff had to bring a heater to the room, breeze coming in the window vent and no way to close it, tv had plenty of apps on it but none were logged in so couldn't watch them, there was silverfish in the bathroom, the food was overpriced and I had a lasange which was burnt on the corners and when I showed the staff they said it was fresh but no offer to do anything about it. When we were leaving the male receptionist was beside the door but didn't open it and we had our hands full so I had to ask him to open it and he didn't seem too happy to.

I stayed at the Glashaus Hotel and was blown away from start to finish. Management, reception, bar staff, and housekeeping were all outstanding. From the moment we arrived, reception made us feel so welcome. Check-in was smooth and the team couldn’t do enough for us. Management were visible, friendly, and clearly run a tight ship. Nothing was an issue for them. The bar staff were brilliant too – attentive, great craic, and quick with recommendations. Housekeeping kept the room spotless every day without ever being intrusive. You can tell the whole team takes real pride in what they do. The service has been second to none and we genuinely felt looked after the entire stay. Can’t recommend the Glashaus enough.
