Clean and clese to stores

Desk staff was not very friendly when checking in. Walked into the room hot and musty, smelled of mold. No comforter for the bed. Room was way smaller then it looked on pictures. Had to get more towels, they only supplied us with 2 for a double bed room. Bathroom door would not close without slamming it. It is centralized and conveniently close to river and Gruene Hall area.

Hotel was clean one of the reasons we stayed there was close by and had a washer/dryer the washer was broken. Fire alarms went off due to someone taking a “steamy shower”. Never heard of that before

Very nice staff and clean property

Clean, although because it is a river tourism spot there was a mildew smell. It would have been nice to have some way to hang clothes to dry. The breakfast was great for carb loading, but not many options for protien- again, great for river tourism!! My teenage kids loved the waffles! The rooms were very clean, and plenty of pillows!

Coffee machine until it quit

Only oatmeal and yogurt were gluten free So limited selection no eggs or cooked on site just packaged biscuit and sausage and waffle to be made

I think people need to educate themselves on the difference between service animals and ESA animals. I wouldn’t have been upset if I didn’t verify with them well in advance if this would be okay. I understand that ESA animals are not required to be held at the same expectation as service animals. Hotels are mot required to approve ESA animals to be allowed on the premise. I had reach out WEEKS in advance to verify that I have an ESA animal (never said service animal) that I was bringing and to see if it would be allowed. Just to make sure they were okay with it and to make sure they would allow my ESA in the hotel with me. Reminder ESA do not have the same privileges as a service animal, so I had to check with them to make sure it was okay. As soon as I arrived I was ALREADY uncomfortable, I could just sense they were keeping an extra eye on me. Fast forward to continuing with my plans, since I was from out of town, the next day I had went to schlitterbahn and had the dogs kept at the hotel. As I’m being watched leaving I received an email from the staff saying that why are the service animals if they are in the room while we are gone. The whole experience was irritating and uncomfortable and we ended up leaving early because of the flooding casualties they had.
