The front desk staff member was very friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-outfitted. The location is good, moments from the station, and well-situated amongst restaurants and dining venues.

It was raining heavily in Ballarat on a Saturday night. The noise from the pub next door was loud, and the rain/wind caused the windows to rattle all night.

Couldn't enter the hotel by the front door at night. I was in Room 7 and only rooms 1-5 could activate the door lock with their keys. I had to walk to the back entrance and then found it difficult because I couldn't remember the pin code. After hours staff had to intervene.
