Quiet night sleep and no unpleasant surprises.

Can't think of anything I did not like.

It seems safe with a system To unlock every door with our room cards

It was not super clean ( face hair found in the bathroom)

The first room they gave us has sopping wet carpet and a heavy moldy smell. The second room was on the second floor accessed by an elevator that was practically a death trap it was so old. We got trapped with a elevator door that would not open. Add to that a small very noisy dog next door? Simply awful. Although Christine at the front desk was very nice.

Location was fine. Staff were nice. Pet friendly

Beds were horrible. Blankets had literal holes in them. Metal bar in bed frame made entering bed ridiculous

The lady at the front desk is so sweet and nice. She is the older black lady. She greet me everytime I come and I come once a month.

Elevator was out and was on the 3rd floor

The chairs in the rooms do not roll very well on the carpet! My husband went the roll back so he could stand up and the chair went over backwards and he hit his shoulder and head on the AC! Lady at work he desk didn’t seem to be concerned when I told her what had happened!
