Easy access easy location middle of everything

The staff was very friendly, but the elevator wasn't working; so, we had to carry the luggage up the stairs.

Everything was great but the elevator didnt work and we were on the second floor.

Check in was easy, fast, and the lady at the front desk was so courteous and friendly. The elevator was out, but I usually take the stairs regardless, 2nd floor room so it didn’t matter. Television wouldn’t turn on using either or the two remotes provided or the button in the TV. It would have only been used as background noise anyhow so I didn’t complain knowing it would involve a room change. The shower head is nice but water flow seemed abnormally restricted.

The room was hot when I walked in because the A/C was off. And the elevator was out of service so I had to walk up to the 3rd floor. And the smoke detector kept beeping .

A/C didn’t cool the room like it should’ve.

We arrived at the hotel and that’s when we were told the elevator was broken and there were no more rooms on the first floor. We got a room on the third floor, upon entering the room it was 85 degrees in there and smelled like a dirty vacuum cleaner. The room finally cooled off, but the smell never went away.
