Great location on Polaris Parkway. Rooms were clean, great shower pressure, adequate breakfast. Pool was awesome. Very large pool and it wasn’t busy.

Location to family and major highways. Breakfast was good. Waffles are always a hit. The pool was clean.

The pool room had a very strong chlorine smell, bothered our lungs and eyes greatly! In our room the furnace cover came off when gently bumped. The lighting in bathroom was very dim.

My room AC did not work . Shower head made an annoying loud sound. Alarm clock went off at 5:30 in the morning could not unplug it or stop it. The. To top it off when to the elevator on my floor (6th) was out of order. This is when the most worst experiences I’ve ever been to..

"It was overpriced and under delivered"

the pool and hot tub and the personalized welcome on the TV screen was really cute

there should be a age limit on the hot tub use, they do not vacuum the chairs, also crumbs behind the dressers, whatever is used to clean may need to be changed. I’m always used to re-wiping down surfaces, but for the shower and the toilet to have scum and grime pulled up after one cleaning from the guest makes me believe that the cleaners cut a lot of corners and do not properly clean hotel rooms, which is very unsanitary. The breakfast was very limited. It was not substantial for the definition of a hot cook breakfast. There was not a lot of options the hot water for tea had coffee grinds in it, which shows that no one sufficiently cleaned the containers that hold coffee, hot water tea if someone was allergic to coffee grinds they could have killed someone
