"Very Good"

Check in process was fine. Lift security system was very good but unusual.

On arrival one room smelled of urine. The room was changed without comment but incident should not have happened in the first place.

"Perfectly good for a couple of nights."

Clean and convenient. Everything worked.

Very limited free hotel parking but as the hotel car park is a section of a large municipal parking area, it is always possible to park.

"Staff were nice, breakfast was not worth the money. Plate I picked up had fried egg on it. Breakfast roll was so hard I"

The room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The air.con was silent and effective.

Insufficient milk, coffee and sugar, sticks instead of teaspoons, leaking kettle, Nestlé’s coffee, sugar not FairTrade, chipped chrome on tap, hard, flat pillows.
