Azzura Greens Resort

It was cheap considering how bad it was.

It was dirty. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a two bedroom for four people and they wanted to charge for two of the four extra towels.

The location

Outside facilities were great!! The pool, spa, gym, parking. Rooms were big and enough space bathrooms good. Washing machine and dryer worked very well.

Room wasn’t greatly clean, beds uncomfortable, doona had no cover and was stained as well as the throw blanket. Not a lot of information about room or where to find pool, spa or gym but found it ourselves by exploring. Not many normal glasses. Had to drink out of wine glasses. Tv in bedroom didn’t work was just a blank black screen. Whole apartment needs a bit of a facelift

Rooms and facilities were quite good but the gym that's shown on the sites is not even close to what it's made out . Very spacious and respectfully clean

The pool should be heated and as it rained 70% of the time I was there it needs a sheltered area for smokers as DOSA is open to all the elements and smokers are expected to stand in the rain and smoke .

The apartment was clean

The furniture and fixtures were very poor. The double bed sunk in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The fan in the main bedroom was terrifying 😳 if it wasn't shaking badly, It was making a terrible squealing noise that was impossible to sleep through. The aircon barely blew cool air - it wasn't all that warm (a working fan would have sufficed), but to be comfortable, the aircon needed the fan on full and down to 18 degrees. The sofas in the lounge room were sunken and uncomfortable. I also paid extra for a room with a view, what I got was a ground floor courtyard apartment with a carpark/road view, a garden that was in desperate need of some love and a water feature that looks like it hasn't been used in years. The curtains in the main bedroom were falling off their track and were hard to close. It has the potential to be an awesome room if it had a little money invested in it.

So close to everything, still quiet. Unit was very spacious
