How to say this place was nasty and horrible the manager was terrible they told me daily refund my money or give me 50% off but I never received it would never come back to this place is the day I die

Good

Smelled of smoke, dishes were dirty, bed was sunken, fridge was filthy, no toaster, breakfast was horrible & gone fast but they didnt restock, one pan one skillet for kitchen, no cooking utensils, no eating utensils, housekeeping didnt come, advised workers of issues said manager contact me never did, reached out to hotels.com which they contacted hotel to be told hotel won't compensate for issues since didnt mention it upon checkout but already mentioned during stay several times to no avail. Horrible all the way around from the room cleanliness, functionality, customer service, them takibg accountability for it all, just awful.

Would not recommend, staff can barely speak any English. If you want to live in the USA, speak our language or go back to where you come from!

it was supposed to have breakfest, but they were out of most things.

house keeping can be better ringlets from drinks on the night stand has been this way in two different rooms ive stayed in. As well in one of the rooms had hair all over the bathroom floor where someone cut their hair, and a pubic hair in the shower on the ledge two different rooms again. coming out the elevator the floors need mopped.

I didn't like too much of nothing, these hotels are not well kept up and the outside doors nasty, elevator, floors, not too clean and lazy cleaning staff. Kitchen staff awful, I rate this hotel poorly.
