The room was nice and clean. Pool was great temperature.

The balcony door slammed, sun came in balcony door, and booking said they have free hot breakfast and they don't have breakfast at all. They also said they have beds seperated but didn't.

The bed sheets had a bad smell and the bathtub was not clean.garbage was left in the bathroom garbage can . the room had a slightly odor like it bad been closed off .

That I learned that this hotel name Equals to Zero Customer Service, and will Never try it again. And would definitely alert my friends.

Customer Service, is the worst. Overbooked in high season, had to drive back to Atl.. Front desk employee and manager denied to help us at all. Leaving us with NO room.
