Kantary Hills Hotel, Chiang Mai

Everything: the efficient professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, without exception: at the reception desk, in the restaurant, at the doors, in the exercise room; the pleasantness of the spaces -- roomy, airy, not crowded. The rooms -- everything we needed, our request for a higher floor in the main building with a view of the mountains was fulfilled. Everything works well, very efficiently, and with a pleasant, unpressured, unpretentious atmosphere. The broad selection of food at breakfast was excellent, and the dinners we had (2) were very good too.

Breakfast were mainly cooked meals, bread/toast, some fruits. But not really very much variety. Rooms big, little bit outdated, but ok. Nice gym, nice pool. Staff tremendous.

Was ok, little bit out of the center. But restaurants and shops in walking distance. Good restaurant nearby: „So Good Thai Restsurant“ 150m to walk.

A very nice hotel close to the airport in a lovely part of Chiang Mai fill of restaurants. Great service all around. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite since other rooms we had booked were full! Breakfast is glorious, changes every day and a huge selection. Shoutout to Nat at the reception who took our luggage and helped us find our room. Only downside is that the hotel is right under the flight path of aircraft as they depart, but they drop flying during the night at least. Can recommend staying here.

We had a great experience here. The customer service was truly impressive — very warm, attentive, and personalised. 😊 My child vomited during our stay, and the staff were genuinely concerned and made sure everything was okay. They arranged a comfortable family room for us, which we really appreciated. The location is also very strategic. There are plenty of food options within walking distance, massage places nearby, and it’s conveniently not too far from the airport. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for families! 💛

Good experience so far, from the airport pick up and the bell service to the room. The room is big. I was told at the check in counter that I was upgraded and I appreciate it much. Separate living room and bedroom. The king bed is a plus. with things I need for my 6 days stay. But there were no iron and ironing board which I needed.

Everything: big clean room with eating utensils, fabulous fresh breakfast (except it could be crowded at times), good fitness (crowded at times), wonderful sauna, superb location and a set of great staff who knew how to make the stay memorable. I loved practically everything!

Only the fact that my room was in Building 3, which was a bit far from Building 1, where the fitness, pool and sauna were—and the breakfast place too.

Location of the hotel was good.

Suite doesn’t look like the one.

Property is very well situated, and incredibly luxurious. The staff were absolutely wonderful and assisted us with all of our queries.
