The food was good

The shower was a bit small

had simple 2 course meal.staff very inexperienced looking disinterested.as soon as we sat down were asked for drinks and what are we ordereing. i hadnt even taken my jacket off.soup arrived and half way thru eating i found a label in it.i highlighted this to staff.no apology just took bowl away and brought another.i hadnt wanted another as finding foreign objects in my food had ruined that choice so i asked them to take it away.cajun chicken pasta came next which was nice but i felt i had to check everymouthful in case something else had fallen in from kitchen.after that course we waited over 20mins for anyone to come ask us for more drinks or even the bill.ebded up going to bar to settle tab and relised they had charged for starter that was returned.had to then wait for manager to come and query why we werent happy.after explaining she took off the price of the starter but it had been such a bad customer and eating experience.rushed,bad service and finding obects in soup had really put me off this place

Nice bar and entertainment, nice breakfast, nice room

The location for a family visit, the clean environment and a good restaurant on site. The staff were excellent,well done.

Very friendly staff. The hotel room was cosy and clean. Breakfast was good and complete. Would recommend the place to anybody.

Car park was quite full upon late arrival, so a bit longer walk with the luggage.
