Bathroom hadn’t been swept and cleaned in years it looked like.. corners had ashes and dirt and a-tips.. toilet seat broken, no outlet covers, shelf was broke and on floor, it was disgusting.

Room was over booked...no rooms despite my reservation

Property refused our prepaid reservation. Our room was prepaid, but when we arrived there was not a room for us, and the night clerk refused to call other area red roofs to help in anyway. We had to contact the call center through the website to find a room way across town at triple the price. Shame on you Hometown Studios.

I don't usually leave reviews but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. They did not have any towels no lights in the bathroom and no service at front desk. Sign on front desk said use red phone to the left when you go over to use the phone to call the front desk to get in the phone does not work. The only way to get in touch with them is to call the main number in dial 0 several times until someone answers.

I was very embarrassed as to what I saw. The place was very dirty. No towels, toilet paper, soap, and no shower curtain. Ridiculous.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Check in wasn't a real lobby and they asked you to call to be let in the door. As I walked into my room, I noticed all the trash on the exterior stairwell and the big garbage bag next to my door. Got to my room and noticed the rusted out refrigerator and stove. Went into the bathroom and there were no towels or toiletries. Chairs were up at the table like my room was unused for months. TV wouldn't work because there was no remote. When I called and asked for towels and remote, they told me that I could come to the office and pick them up. I did that. Remote didn't work and had to get another. Office closed at 9pm so no help after that. My air conditioner was broken and I froze all night. Next morning, I called and they said they would send a maintenance guy and that I could come pick up a new remote. It didn't work either. No maintenance guy came. Next morning, I ran into the maintenance guy and he finally took care of my tv and air conditioner. It only took 3 days during my 5 night stay to get that to work. I asked for service and new towels multiple times and they never came. Fridge leaked water starting the third day and one of my two towels was used to soak that up. I got soap from a friend who was staying across the street. This place never followed through on any promises and trash was everywhere. I'm pretty sure that it is the worst run motel in the history of motels. It was a miserable experience.
