I was coming in late and called to make sure everything was ok to check in late. I was informed that they cancelled my room due to payment not going through. I was there to work a con and there were no hotels in the area. I was told to look somewhere else. I looked at my account and the money was taken. I called back and the lady all of a sudden found my paperwork. Got there and the room was DISGUSTING!!!! We had no towels, no tp. Looks like there was poo smeared all over the bathroom. I left everything in the car till I could clean. Went down to get tp and towels and was told the office didn't open till 11 on SATURDAY...... I can say one thing, I saw no bugs.... Don't do it. I overlooked the reviews because I had stayed here before and wow!!! . I'd sleep in my car before I'd ever stay here again. People live here and fight all night long. Also next to a dance club. Horrible!!!! NASTY!!!!

The smell. Oh my goodness the smell in the room was unbearable. It was like old cigarettes and dirty feet. The room was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned. There were bugs and cobwebs. The furniture was falling apart. We had the end of a roll of toilet paper and ONE towel. Lightbulbs were out. And the office is only open from 11-7 so by the time we get settled in and realized the issues the office was closed. So we all shared one towel and ran out of toilet paper. There was an old food wrapper stuck to the counter and old food left in the cabinets. The bathtub was very dirty. The toilet was stained. I could go on and on but I’ll just say this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

This place is disgusting. Avoid at all cost!

the room was absolutely disgusting. the floors were filithy and the room had roaches. the bed was uncomfortable. i would never stay there again. the tv didnt work either. just a flat out miserable experience. we wiped the floor with a wet towel and the towel was black.

I'm not gonna bash this hotel. The staff was nice. Probably "under staffed". Rooms were in poor condition but everything worked. Working tv, fridge, stove, shower had hot water and there was soap. The room had hardwood floors and needed to be moped but if you just need a room, it wasn't bad.

The front desk girls were nice in person, but rude over the phone. The room stunk, there were bugs (maybe cockroaches) that kept appearing, the recliner was torn and had stuffing coming out, the bathroom didn’t have toilet paper or a shower curtain, there were burn marks ALL over the bathroom and there was so much hair in the tub. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. There was no way we could have stayed the night there. So gross

Horribly dirty conditions, broken kitchen countertops, no toilet paper or shower curtain, no blankets only sheets, tiny room and could barely fit around the beds, sinks clogged, maintenence took 4 days to respond. Drug addicts living there, as well as prostitutes, addicts going into the wooded area to shoot up. Multiple groups of people coming into the parking lot blaring music at 3am, parties all over, seedy folks all around! Do not stay here!

The room was filthy, the only thing clean was the bathroom and the sheets. I bought my own broom and mop to clean for my two week stay. The bidding is infested with roaches, and I had to check my bed before going to sleep. The elevator hasn't been inspected for two years. The two staff that I spoke with were very friendly.

First of all, the rooms were nowhere near to what the pictures showed. Secondly, there was no lobby, just a run down office area. The rooms were infested by bugs and cockroaches. No linens. The whole place was in disrepair. It looked like a homeless encampment. We left immediately and could not believe they could stay in business. Honestly, I would not refer this place to a homeless person.
