The worst price I ever slept of any place Photo bed put so many knots in my back. I couldn’t only move the next day.

So to start with they do allow late check in you just have to make arrangements ahead of time. In the same parking lot is a night club and you can here the music until 2am. None if this is the hotels fault but just a FYI. Our room was dirty. I dont think it had been cleaned at all. Trash in the 1 trash can and old hangers from last guest. There was a gross smell so we had to fabreeze to go to bed. We brought our own blankets and slept on top of the comforter. Our door wouldnt latch. We contacted them but it was 11pm and nothing could be done. We had to force it locked for the night. Then when we returned the following day it wouldnt read our card and we couldnt get the door to open. We got a new card and were able to force the door open (that seems safe right). The cook top was not usable and the refrigerator was so dirty.

The bathroom toilet was dirty still had dried up popped inside toilet bowl . Pulled the sheets off big urine stain on mattress cover dried up as well. Recliner chair had been ripped and glued back together. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I asked for another set of towels and they said, they don’t have any more and gave me hand towels. It will be my last and only time that I will book there. Very discussing place to stay .

About our stay…. We didn’t even stay!!! We got checked in, went to our room and immediately ran back out to go tell them that we couldn’t stay there. This place was absolutely filthy. I don’t understand how they can be open?! They need to be shut down! I made the mistake and didn’t read the reviews close enough. For future stays I will be sure to pay attention 😭 When we walked into the room, there was just stains everywhere, some stuff was broken, there was stuff in the toilet, stuff in the sink?

Checked out within 20 minutes of checking in. No blankets on bed, just one thin white sheet. No pillows on bed, when I found them no pillow cases on them. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Burn marks all over bathroom counter. Bed bug in shower curtain. Evidence of people "living" there as cars in parking lot had flat tires. Overall didn't feel safe. There is a reason this was the cheapest hotel in the area. DO NOT stay here. Young woman at the front desk was super nice.

Light was out in the bathroom. I called, they said they'd take care of it. They didn't. No plastic cups, only 1 set of towels. Terrible blanket. TV had 6 channels.

This place was disgusting. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Some sort of substance had leaked out of the refrigerator and was dried on the floor, the floors were gross everywhere, and cigarette burns on everything. Mattress are heavily stained. Moldy puke on the toilet seat. Dried paint on the counters. Stove top was rusty. I had to ask for a different room, and when I went in, there were dead roaches. I was out, went back to the office and left all the keys and parking pass and ran. Do not stay here. I wish I had taken more pictures.

The room was horrible. I was afraid to sit anywhere bc it was gross and disgusting. There were roaches and had to sleep with the lights on so they wouldn’t bother me so much. I finally just passed out from exhaustion but it was very unpleasant and I definitely wasted my money on 1 night. Luckily I had decided to go with my gut and change the reservation a few weeks ago bc if I had to stay there one more second I would have screamed.

Before I arrived I called to see if I could do an early check in and the lady said she had plenty of rooms available and I just had to pay the early check in fee. I arrived and it was a completely different story,she tried it and gave my the third party excuse, and told me I would have to rebook on booking to check in early. So I left and came back after regular check in was available and the room I was giving was NOT CLEANED, NO PILLOWS, NO TOWELS AND THE MATTRESS SMELL LIKE CAT PISS!!! In the bathroom I only had a wash cloth and a hand towel; no bath towels!!! I know a last sale room when I see one and that's what I was given!! Not the mention the police was raided the place all weekend long!!! Ouch!!

They will cancel your reservation and never notify you. Therefore, you will show up expecting to check in and have to find a new hotel without any warnings. I’ll never go back and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from them. To make matters worse, I’m disabled and they said it was because I needed a room that was accessible. I feel that, if they could not provide that room, they had a duty under the very nature of what the hospitality industry is and implies to notify me in a timely manner so that I could make other arrangements. Instead, we were 250 miles from home and trying to find another hotel in snow and freezing conditions. Very displeased with their service and staff. Only one of their staff members is worth keeping.
