The place is magical!

Staff and public areas were excellent and very comfortable. Unfortunately the grounds are in need of TLC which is a shame. The hire of a skip for a day to remove all the rubbish and fishing debris would help. The bedroom accommodation needs a lot of paintwork and updating. I've slept in more comfortable beds in Premier Inns! Housekeeping was a bit erratic. The quality of the food at breakfast was mediocre. However it's perfect for dogs and the staff were great.

Our second time visiting and can’t recommend this place highly enough! Beautiful setting, very friendly staff and lovely to see all the same faces again. Will definitely be returning, fabulous night away.

Second time staying there. Front desk and staff are always very good. I feel the restraunt does lack some other options for food and the bar is very expensive but good place to stay.

It is an excellent property. It has great customer service and a fantastic place to take a breath and reconnect.

Super nice and helpful staff, absolutely beautiful and huge grounds to walk around. Nice big room.

Overall the hotel was nice. Big concern was the inability to sleep as it sounded as though there was a washing machine or tumble dryer cycle continuously vibrating under room 25 on a lower floor. This humming stopped for about five minutes and then the cycle started all over again. So no sleep at all throughout the night. Not impressed at all

Great service & food. Room was immaculate & large. Bathroom was really nice. The lounge had real fires burning & was very comfortable. Only drawback was the mattress wasn’t very comfortable.
