"Great place!"

The property was very cozy and is located in an excellent area, just a few minutes away from the Radcliffe camera. Bed was really comfortable, place was clean!

The shower head was a little awkward and the base was unusually squeaky.

"Was v happy despite the water!"

Location was perfect.

No breakfast provided, not even a croissant and since tap was definitely not drinkable (had to throw tea away) we should have been told so we could buy some. The 2 small bottles provided were not enough.

"Amazing location, but glad it was only for 1 night."

Amazing location.

Very tired and dirty, mattress needs replacement as hugely stained didn't venture to look at the pillows, carpet also needs replacing as ruffled and very worn, shower tray not fitted properly and made cracking noises, black mould, timescale and waterfall shower head not working and out of date complimentary biscuits .

"Grubby guesthouse"

Location

Dirty floors in the bathroom and toilet, smells from the sink. Out of date biscuits 2025!Grubby carpets and furnishings. Completely unmanned. More like a hostel.
