Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Clintonville

Room required minor maintenance. Laundry was advertised but was not on site. However, the staff offered to do our laundry which was great! Breakfast was very limited and not as expected. Staff was great, but facility was very run down.

Small hotel but was clean:) drawbacks are a small parking lot and there is no elevator. In a quiet area and friendly staff.

Smoke from Canadian Fires while we were there from July 29 - Aug 3 was horrible. Being a severe Asthmatic, I was having difficulties breathing the first night of our stay. I informed front desk staff of my issues, and the supervisor moved quickly. She was concerned enough that she request staff vacuumed up the floor once again in our room and then had Service Staff personnel place a de-humidifier in our room. (They even looked at changing rooms but they were booked during this time). They said they would get my wife and I more info should we desire to leave as to a refund of our money. Service Staff Supervisor checked with my wife and I each day as to how we were doing and if there was anything else they could do. They were just awesome and respectful people! Would stay there anytime. In the fire as they ALL jumped through hoops to service and help us. The humidifier did the trick as we were able to stay the remainder of our vacation and e.njoy ourselves to the max!!

We had an excellent experience with our stay at Cobblestone Inn. We will very likely visit your Inns again. The Inn was very clean, our room was also. The staff was friendly and curtious. The breakfast area was always keep clean and filled with hot or cold food. The desk clerk called us in our room after we settled in, to ask if everything was OK. No one has ever done that in the many many years we've stayed in a hotel. That was very impressive to us. Very very nice!! Thank you!
