Il caos nella spa, siamo stati sfortunati e siamo capitati con persone davvero rumorose.. consiglio di ridurre il numero di persone che possono entrare

il ristorante e la SPA

La temperatura in camera era troppo alta, faceva caldissimo e quando ho chiesto di abbassarla, mi hanno risposto che non era possibile. Nel bagno mancava il porta carta igienica e la guarnizione della doccia era rotta Il phon era lentissimo e, benché richiesto, non ne avevano uno più performante Ho chiamato più volte la reception e la risposta era le faremo sapere, senza essere richiamata.
