Très grande proximité du centre commercial Grand' Place, comme souhaité (c'est ce qui justifie pour moi le choix de cet établissement). Pareil pour l'accès aux lignes de tram. Je recommande cet établissement pour des centres d'intérêt similaires.

Certaines choses étaient dans un état quelque peu vétuste : jeté du canapé-lit partiellement déchiré, rideau de la fenêtre partiellement décroché, ou encore des éléments de la salle de bain (meuble sous vasque par exemple) qui sont détériorés du fait de l'humidité. La propreté de certains murs (marques) est discutable.

Le prix.. l'emplacement a côté du Summum..le petit déjeuner...le garage pour 5€.. Dommage pour la taille du lit...il y a de quoi mettre un lit de 160!!! Surtout que la chambre est grande !!!
