Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Stay Here! This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms are filthy and smell terrible—our room reeked of smoke despite this being a non-smoking facility. The elevator smelled like cat urine, which matched the overall dirty feel of the place. On the second night, water started leaking from the bathroom wall and flooded the floor. When I complained, the front desk staff actually made us clean it up with the towels meant for our showers, and then told me if I wanted clean towels, I’d have to bring the soaked ones down to the lobby in exchange! The woman was standing in the room looking at the water on the floor and still refused to help. I don’t get paid to clean up their maintenance issues. To make things even worse, after we checked out, they charged us $266.67 for a smoking fee, claiming they had “proof” we smoked there. Why would I rent a non-smoking room, complain about how bad it smelled for two days, and then smoke in it? It’s ridiculous. This place is a complete dump with zero customer service. I would never stay here again and I strongly warn others to avoid this location.
