La struttura si presenta molto bene e la Spa è molto bella. La colazione continentale è abbondante e tutto il personale è molto disponibile. La camera è spaziosa e moderna, l’abbiamo trovata pulita.

La Spa, anche se molto bella, purtroppo non è stata mantenuta a livelli di temperatura adeguati (alle 17 l’acqua era tiepida, non calda, ed è diventata sempre più fredda fino alla chiusura alle 19:30). Andrebbe fatta più manutenzione in tutta la struttura perché nella Spa i rubinetti delle docce erano quasi tutti rotti e non si poteva regolare bene la temperatura e in giro per tutto l’hotel si trovano tappeti rotti così come molte porte. Le tende della camera avevano il meccanismo rotto e le lampade avevano macchie di sporco. Un hotel a 4 stelle non dovrebbe presentarsi così.
