"Great location, lovely staff and superb rooms and breakfast"

Suite room was fantastic, huge room, double sink, bath with a TV and shower, bed very comfortable. Grounds are well kept access to spa area with booking. Staff are super friendly and helpful, turns out i didn't have a booking and they sorted me out straight away.

one addition could be water in the rooms, hot drinks available in rooms with milk and a fridge available

Rooms were big, surrounding grounds look nice.

9am in the spa they had a water class on blasting pop music- not the atmosphere you would expect from a 'spa' was really disappointed and left (like others who also seemed frustrated they could enjoy their sunday morning swim). A guest was vapping during breakfast and no staff stopped it.

"Overnight stay was good value for money, however would have expected higher quality for being a spa resort."

Clean room, friendly and polite staff, actual quality of food was good. Clean facilities. Lots of beds around pool to chill.

The windows made the room quite dark. The bar and restaurant are expensive £16 for an aperol and a coke. Breakfast was nice but buffet style. Finished at 10, we got down about 20 mins before it finished and there were no tables set with knifes/forks or glasses. Didn’t get offered any tea or coffee. Went the pool and didn’t have towels only robes left. Pool was quite cold.

Location, breakfast, staff, pool, all amazing!

Not that I dont like it, I do, but the pool area would look lovely with more light shining through, plants etc, something tranquil

Lovely room and bonus A/C

Room wasn't ready till 2 hours after check in time, we were offered free drinks and a very generous discount for the restuarant but we really wanted a room. Service is also very slow, staff are great but not enough of them.
