We loved everything, the hotel is so unique and luxurious!!! More ideal for couples as we booked a teamed room ( Egypt) it was as so romantic and magical. If you book it direct from the site you’ll see some packages and offers. This hotel is ideal for people or couples who wanted to relax but in a unique way.

la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff in generale, il servizio colazione e il ristorante molto buono e con un bel servizio!

la stanza dove ho dormito puzzava di tabacco e sporco, la biancheria del letto faceva cattivo odore come se una persona avesse dormito prima di me senza lavarsi, per fortuna il personale della reception mi ha fatto cambiare tutta la biancheria ed è andata leggermente meglio ma penso fosse un problema di camera in sè per l'odore che emanava, d'altronde la moquette e i mobili probabilmente degli anni 70 non aiutano... l'albergo è vecchio, lasciato andare e decisamente caro, 2 notti per circa 250 euro in queste condizioni è ingiustificabile! non ci torneró mai più.

"Keinen der drei Sterne verdient…"

Die Illusion eines Wellnesshotels

- im Flur standen alte Sofas und servierwagen rum - die Teppiche waren dreckig, Staub setzt sich massiv in den Ecken ab - Bett war ziemlich hart - durch unsere späte Anreise waren wir gezwungen dort zu nächtigen, jedoch mit minimaler Nutzung des Zimmers sowie des Frühstücks - mit Wissen des hygienestandards in dem Hotel haben wir vorsichtigshalber das Frühstück nicht genutzt - Klimaanlage wurde abgestellt im kompletten Hotel. (27 grad im Zimmer), verschimmelte Lüftung - Lage direkt im Industriegebiet mit Ausblick in eine maschinenbauhalle - Kühlschrank funktionierte auch nicht und brachte noch mehr Wärme in das Zimmer inkl. Schimmel for free - bei bitte um zimmerwechsel wurde uns nur gesagt „wir können ja das Fenster aufmachen“ auf die Frage was mit dem Kühlschrank ist wurde mit „Ich stelle diesen jetzt auf 0 grad“ geantwortet. Was absolut keinen Sinn macht Hatten uns auf ein schönes wellnesshotel gefreut, sind aber froh dort nicht ins Wasser gegangen zu sein…. Nie wieder…
