Voor ons op doorreis naar de kust van Italië, een prima hotel. Echt Italiaans, historie van dit hotel dicht bij Milaan, waar je niets van merkt was voelbaar. Iedereen was vriendelijk, auto met bagage kon tegen betaling in overdekte afgesloten garage. Ontbijt was prima, Op het dak is een zwembad met ligbedden, wellness en een fitness. Zeer attent als je bij het zwembad komt worden direct grote handdoeken aangeboden. Er is bij het zwembad ook een barretje voor verfrissing. Prima hotel voor deze prijsklasse, dicht bij Milaan of voor overnachting op door reis.

Abbiamo soggiornato piacevolmente nella struttura: pulita, accogliente e con personale sempre cortese e disponibile. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema durante il soggiorno.

Unica nota negativa, la mattina in piscina abbiamo assistito a un episodio sgradevole con un’altra ospite, che si è comportata in modo maleducato e insistente con lo staff per motivi insignificanti, il lettino che avrebbe voluto non le era stato assegnato (perche già prenotato giustamente da un altra cliente) erano due metri di differenza..... Fortunatamente questo non ha compromesso la nostra esperienza complessiva, ma può essere utile per chi valuta il contesto generale della struttura. Mi spiace per le ragazze dello staff che hanno subito la cafoneria della signora, e che comunque hanno cercato di gestire al meglio la situazione.

The hotel picture and reality are totally different. Service in the reception The young boy is very rude; he is unfit to work in such a service reception. The breakfast was very poor quality; you pay extra for a five-euro egg omelet with no vegetables and no tomatoes. On the other hand, the workers in the restaurant and waiters are very professional; they have good ethics and manners. I never ever been such poor hotel in my life

Hotel cómoda para viaje en coche. Bien comunicado. Tiene restaurante propio bueno y las habitaciones estan bien

Se oye todo, las habitaciones de al lado, las tuberías del baño… si tienes el sueño ligero puede ser un problema
