"Very Good"

No carpeting in the room. Room had newer flooring but should have put in carpeting instead of plank flooring. Made the room seem not so inviting and warm.

It was very quite. I received a phone call checking to see if I lost a ring in our room. We hadn't. I thought that was outstanding service. Ring was found by next guest. Hopefully they find the owner.

"Ok except for the bed"

The shower was amazing - a lot of water pressure

The bed was hard! Neither of us slept well, kept waking up with an aching back…. Made for a miserable night and a very achy morning I know some people like a hard bed - maybe offer both soft and hard beds?
