"Clean basic hotel"

I had a good one-night stay here last week while visiting a local coal mine with colleagues and customers. Check in was fast and friendly, and they recognised IHG status for those who had it. The room was clean, although the corridors did smell a bit musty. The wi fi was fast and there is ample parking. The room had an old-fashioned shower-over bath and the elevator felt very old and slow. A functional hot and cold breakfast was provided, however all the plates and cutlery were disposable (seems so wasteful). All up a good but not spectacular stay. Definitely somewhere you would stay for business travel and not for a vacation. There are plenty of shops nearby and a few restaurants too. If I was visiting Sparta again, I would definitely stay here again.

About 20-25 family members have stayed at this location every fall for several years for a family reunion nearby. The parking is convenient; staff is always friendly; rooms are great--decorations and bedding are always nice and up to date; cleaning service is great; kids love the indoor pool & hot tub; several stores and restaurants are within walking distance. We highly recommend it!!

"Taco Bell and McDonalds Are Across the Street"

The IHG hotels and a bunch of others collect and facilitate the purchase of real-time personal, financial, and biometric data without consent, and shares and uses the data to harass customers without authority nor cause. Is the information you pull and decide to act upon perhaps completely incorrect, thus establishing an adversarial and ignorant position against a "guest?" Are you all just bored shareholders who have become such crusty old farts so bored you need to play ornery war games? I will come back and book, in order to pay for the very nice parking spot. Perhaps I will book again, only to discuss more deeply some of the nefarious ways you have asked me to spend money on Expedia and TripAdvisor.

"Can't sleep in here."

I didn't arrive until 11:30 pm, after a full day of activity's. But I was a woken by the maid service at 9am, entering my room. Very disturbing.
