The staff was very friendly.

My room wasn’t clean and I needed to request a change. Then my room was never cleaned/serviced during my stay with no clear instructions on how to signal for a service so I went without.

Our favorite hotel to stay at in the Twin Cities. Location is fabulous, but most importantly it is clean! Hotel is quiet and staff are friendly. Please, keep up the Good Work and share this review with the fabulous cleaning staff. Hard to find these days!

Nice quiet spot right off the freeway. Bed was not comfortable this time, which was unfortunate… last stay 8 months ago in a different room, the bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff
