Candlewood Suites Windsor Locks Bradley Arpt by IHG

The room was musty, bathroom floor tiles loose, AC ran loud even on low, paint peeling in the bathroom. It’s a very old hotel propert that needs upgrades. There was no sign on the front of the hotel.

As a business traveler this hotel checked all the boxes. Clean, surprisingly quiet, and the staff were efficient and helpful. A variety of restaurants and a nice grocery store were all within easy walking distance.

We encountered dead cockroaches in our bathroom. The hotel front desk was unstaffed for 25 minutes when we checked in, and again when we returned to ask for a new, cleaner room. This property lacked adequate staffing to provide decent service, and rooms were dirty.

The kitchen area flooring is buckled from maybe water damage and has mold

Building is dated and housekeeping is lacking. No live bugs but several carcasses and food around the headboard.

I won’t be staying again. I was woken up by staff at 8am to see if I was extending my stay and house keeping opened my door twice. My daughter was catching a plane very early so I was up with her and needed some rest. But on a positive note your shuttle service is great running every half hour for
