Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbia-Fort Jackson by IHG

The location way very convenient and had a few restaurants and fast food locations nearby. The hotel seemed to be newly remodeled. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed in the main space. I left before breakfast.

My only complaint about the room was there was no storage in the bathroom, just a small counter space with nowhere to place your toiletry bag. Also nowhere to hang your towel while you were in the shower.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

The room was very dirty. The carpet area hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time and the floors were so dirty, they have not been mopped in quite some time.

I appreciate the comfort and safety of my stay in Columbia SC.

Realmente estoy decepcionada porque yo escogí una tarifa económica y luego me percato cuando me llega mi bill a la tarjeta el ridículo total de casi 800 dólares por 4 días y tampoco me dieron un recibo y cuando pagué tampoco me dijeron el total, ahora tengo que pagar ese dinero cuando la habitación no era una suit no valía eso , pienso que me engañaron . No regresaría jamás. Todo cómodo pero jamás cuesta 230 y pico de dólares una habitación es un hotel económico ni un hotel de lujo.
