Very clean, nice staff, comfortable room

The staff are nasty, had no respect for me, did not treat me nicely I do not feel comfortable being around maintenance workers, so I asked Dan at the front desk if someone was a maintenance worker and he said he needed to report that I asked that to the manager. I asked the manager, Jessica, a question about if a maintenance worker was next to me, holding a garbage bag over his shoulder, what was in the garbage bag, and she said she would ask him and email me. She did not email me, so I called, and during the conversation, she hung up the phone on me. What kind of manager is that? She has no business being a manager. I called the front desk and asked Donna about when the housekeeping staff was working, she threatened to call the police if I called back and hung up the phone on me. I am not afraid of her, I didn't do anything wrong. What a nut Donna is, she has no clue how to treat a guest. I was still staying in Atlanta, so I tried making another reservation, and because I asked about maintenance, they canceled my reservation. What a waste of money to stay at this hotel. They don't deserve any of my money. Jessica and Donna should be fired. I hope they have no success.

Rooms:Clean and up to date furniture Service: I was there for a concert and both Donna and Keke assisted me with all my needs doing my stay Location: There are many close by restaurants in the area,also a 24hr CVS in walking distance VERY CONVENIENT Because of the staff cleanliness of the rooms,and the service I was provided I will definitely be back

the pool was out of service. they agreed to give me a refund and then charged me twice! we had to leave and get a different hotel. the help at booking.com was absolutely the worst customer service
