Wifi very poor Food terrible

This isn't quite in the middle of nowhere but it's nearby. This hotel has pretensions of being a high calibre establishment but fails at almost every chance. Hear are a few of the ways it failed: - Key card slot in the lift falling out of the lift wall when you try to remove the card - The atrium roof that leaks in many places when it rains - The bar that shuts at midnight (although they actually try to stop selling earlier by switching the lights off - The dodgy wifi - The lamp in my room that sounded like it was sparking every time it was switched on (that I kept unplugging to avoid being killed and staff kept plugging back in) - Having a phone in the bathroom (why?) but no shelf in the shower to put your toiletries on. It just makes no sense. - The room opposite that emitted a loud high-pitched noise after midnight leading to staff noisily trying to stop it for over an hour, this hotel was just an expensive shambles. - Food that could destroy Italy's culinary reputation I had infinitely better hotel stays either side of this visit, at much smaller hotels that went the extra mile to make my stay superb. This hotel on the other hand did the bare minimum at all times and event did that poorly. Avoid!

La stanza ampia, luminosa e il letto gigante. La struttura è molto bella.

Non la stanze non sono tutte insonorizzate, e non avevo spazzolino e dentifricio. Pensavo d trovarlo la.

Curățenie și spațiu.

Mic dejun minimalist ( sărac) și fără opțiuni ( curat, personal OK, dar cu serviciu în plastic... ). igienă maximă, rafinament zero (nimic italian sau napoletan, cu paste jalnice și semipreparate din aluat congelat. Amplasarea? Genială, evident! Un wasteland dubios la 2 km de Reggio Caserta și gară – perfect pentru cei care adoră să-și facă un cardio dimineața, plimbându-se prin pustiu până la civilizație. Numele hotelului e PLAZA!? O hală uriașă cu pretenții de palat, gen "Potemkin Village" delabrat – fațada strălucește, înăuntru... gol și ecou. Iar atriumul? Un ice box bine aerisit, unde barul ( cu prețuri de Las Vegas), recepția și toaletele se lăfăiesc într-un spațiu cât un hangar de avioane, ca să te simți cu adevărat îmbrățișat de ospitalitate. Piscina exterioară? O relicvă arheologică – apa probabil s-a evaporat în epoca dinozaurilor, dar cine are nevoie de înot când ai atâta... atmosferă? 5/10, aș reveni doar ca să filmez un documentar despre supraviețuirea în sălbăticie urbană.

This was truly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. It is in the middle of a disused industrial estate in the middle of nowhere. There was hardly anyone serving at the bar, the food was dreadful (in some cases, so tasteless it was essentially inedible), the wi-fi barely worked, some people actually had torn sheets on their bed, the roof above the central area was not even closed off so the rain poured in, making the floor really dangerous.
