The location was close to where I needed to go

The iron didn’t work. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work. The night staff was rude to my guest.

"Find somewhere else to stay! "

Room appeared cleaned but floors were disgusting with dog pee smell. The furniture had been chewed up by dogs. Shower curtain about to fall off the walls. The glass was busted on the decor pictures. Not to mention property under reconstruction from 7am-7 pm even on the weekend. Kids couldn’t swim because of reconstruction. The lady at the front desk was the only nice thing on property.

The staff went above and beyond for me. I left some clothes hanging in the closet and they went to the trouble of shipping them back to me. I was very appreciative of their kindness.
