Elevators not working. Booked the 5nights. Couldn't walk up stairs with my mom. Was charged a cancelation fee. Full refund not received 😕

Promise a full refund. Did not receive the full refund though no fault of my own.

Conveniently located for our plans.

The faucet in the room leaked. The hotel has removed all coffee pots from the room and you must go to the lobby area for coffee.

The breakfast was okay! The organization of the breakfast was great and the kind lady stayed on top of things on the line! The eggs were artificial or powdered which was a little weird and the pancake machine they had for us I don't think was operating correctly. We missed the waffle machine that's for sure! Other than that it was fine!

Unfortunately the elevator was not operational and this I understand happens but it had been a week or more since notified of the problem but we still stayed which was okay.

The location was fine for what I needed.

The elevator wasn’t working and even though we were notified in advanced, there wasn’t an any compensation off other then allowing to call without penalty. We couldn’t reschedule, a comp room should have been offered instead.

Great location and the coffee is freshly grind and brewed right there in front of you. The breakfast was also very good little pancakes. You could make that waffles you could put in the toaster, pastries, eggs, sausage, and gravy biscuits sausage and potatoes. Very good.

My room had like a sweaty body odor and the rug at the bottom of the bed was very sticky to your feet .

La verdad que la piscina el agua estaba fría por las bajas temperaturas pero todo estuvo muy bien
