Staybridge Suites Plano - Richardson Area by IHG

We had booked a King Suite for our family of 4 for 3 nights. Upon our arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. We were so happy and surprised. We met 2 employees on the elevator that same day and they asked how our room was. I told her we just checked in and were surprised to be upgraded to a larger suite. One of the employees said she chose us to upgrade our room. We thanked her and told her we were very appreciative. The 2-bedroom suite was very nice and great so our kids both had their own beds and didn't have to share a convertible couch. The overall layout of the suite was nice, and we enjoyed breakfast. I love loved seeing the fresh flowers every day and the pool and patio were also very nice. We chose this hotel specifically for location and the indoor pool for our kids. The staff was very friendly.

As I stated before, we were very pleased with the overall experience and hotel amenities. We did set our room to cooler at night, but it seemed like the QQ room and living room/kitchen were much cooler than the King bedroom. It's nice to have 2 pillows per person, but they were so thin that we borrowed our kids' extra pillows, so we weren't so flat. The beds were good, but a little firmer than we're used to at home. The breakfast selection was good, but I was surprised to only see one type of eggs, cheese omelet. My husband likes eggs but not with cheese. There was also no bacon, biscuits, or gravy. Everything was good that we ate though. The waffles were excellent. The breakfast area was nice.

the location was great. The room was so spacious with kitchen that we felt bad that we had to leave in a day. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Dallas.

Nothing at all.

It was convenient and easy, the room was clean and breakfast was good. The front desk staff was nice and the hotel was fairly clean. Pretty much your run of the mill hotel! Not bad at all, would stay again.

There was only one thing, on the day we were supposed to check out, a housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:30 am we opened the door to tell her we were still here and said "check out" that was all she said, and then she walked down the hall. I couldn't tell if she was asking us if we were going to check out soon or telling us to, or maybe she was trying to remind us that was check out day, we weren't mad about it but to be woken up at 8:30 in the morning and just have her say "check out" when we open the door and check out isn't until noon, 3 hours and 30 mins later, it was kind of off putting. I understand that maybe her english wasn't very good, and she probably didn't mean it to come off like that. Maybe next time instead of allowing staff tk knock on doors of people checking out that day.... you just wait for people to check ? She might have been wanting to clean the room so she could go home earlier but that doesn't mean i need to rush out of a room i paid for before im ready and still within the time before check out.

Mini kitchen!! Comfortable beds! Good breakfast! Indoor pool! And free laundry! Will def be staying at another Staybridge!

À notre arrivée les chambres n'étaient pas tout à fait faites il manquait des serviettes pour un groupe de 9 personnes nous avons reçu dans les deux chambres réservées l'équivalent de 4 serviettes au total pour 9 personnes il y avait des poils de cheveux on est parti demander des serviettes à la réception qu'il nous a indiqué qu'elle n'en avait plus qu'il fallait voir demain matin avec la femme de ménage chose qu'on a fait une fois avoir croisé une femme de ménage elle nous envoie à la réception pour qu'on demande des serviettes et rebelote la réception nous envoie vers la femme de ménage nous avons dû faire un véritable scandale juste pour obtenir des serviettes nous avons réservé pour 9 personnes nous avons payé les taxes de séjour pour 9 personnes nous avons réservé deux chambres et sur les deux chambres il n'y avait que deux serviettes par chambre sachant très bien que nous avons réservé je le répète pour deux chambres résultats nous n'avons pas pu nous doucher à notre arrivée sachant que nous venions de faire plus de 4 heures de route nous avons dû attendre le lendemain matin et nous avons dû batailler pour pouvoir obtenir ces femeuses serviettes nous avons vraiment eu l'impression que nous étions des clients de seconde zone nous payons pour une prestation que nous n'avons pas obtenu le petit-déjeuner est très bof des omelettes surgelés sèches et pas très fraîche de autre élément qui nous a fortement déçu c'est le brasero qui n'était plus aucune femme de chambre ne parlait anglais à Dallas aux États-Unis nous avons fait l'effort de nous exprimer en anglais langue commune mais aucune femme de chambre me parler anglais on a vraiment eu le sentiment d'être méprisé le brasero n'est pas fonctionnel donc publicité mensongère sachant que ce qui a fait que nous avons choisi cet hôtel plutôt qu'un autre c'est vraiment le brasero et nous avons vraiment été déçu à 22h pile on coupe la lumière...
