Nice hotel but old room

Nice hotel but the rooms furniture very old

This is not a 5 star resort. 3.5 at most! No Shuttle from the border. I booked a junior suit for 4 people (my family), the room had just a king bed. When I came to the lobby they explained that hotel policy is to charge for extra beds. I got 1 extra bed for free. No wifi in the rooms. Wifi in the lobby is very bad. No business lounge! When I ask for it. it appeared all people who work at the hotel don't know what is a business lounge. The pool plays loud music and smoking is allowed everywhere. I left my children (4 years old and 8 years old) at the kids club. Coming back after 1 hour they were not there! the girl in charge of the kids club "forgot" her english. It took me 20 minutes to find them! Apparently that girl left them at the pool by them selves. Although I complained at the front desk I didn't hear back from anyone. No water pressure in the showers. The hotel is clean and the pools and beach are good. But giving it 5 stars is very far from the trough .

Everything was amazing except of the food that wasnt good. The hotel is big and comfortable. The staff is very nice

Food is not Good, when compering with other 5 stars hotels.

The hotel is nice, surroundings are beautiful. The animaters are great, Yasser and Olga are amazing, they adore children and children adore them. We spent really nice time there.

Very beautiful hotel, impressive landscapes, mountains. But the beach did not like - a bad stony approach, there are no fish and corals. Every morning at 7-30 turn on loud music, which bothers all day.

First I'd like to thank Olga (guest relations manager) who was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, she cannot control the food quality. Also thanks to the reception for checking us in early. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a great potential..beach, salt lagoon and pools, but that's where it ends! We came back yesterday, we stayed for 10 nights all inclusive (which is very poor). The food is by far the worst I have ever seen! We were noxious and had stomach aches, and it did not improve in time. We had to take pills and subscribed medicine. Food just tastes bad and repetitive daily. Very poor breakfast at the bay view main restaurant, discussing cheeses, and only one omelette stand. Breakfast starts at 7:00 am but the omelette stand is not ready, and some items are missing...just not efficient. Lunch and dinner at the Bay view main restaurant were very bad!! We barley found anything to our liking. Same repetitive fish made us almost throw up. The waiters in the dinning room after a few days refused to bring us coffee or get us juices...I mean we paid with our hotel bill 12.5% gratuity (for what?), and still poor service. The beach bar suppose to open at 10:00 am and everyday, the bar is not ready for guests. The beer is not ready and it takes them 15-20 min to get ready...why? If you know the all inclusive starts at 10 am, you should be ready at 9:30 already. Just lazy, inefficient management. Also the bar is far, and you have to walk a lot to Drink

Taba Heights is bit like a ghost town in these days, but hotel was well functioning and we enjoyed our stay. 50$ per night for the all inclusive is a real bargain. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially in restaurant. Food was delicious and varied.

The stay was great staff, food room was very good but due the low numbers of people staying some of the bars resturants were not open so not as much choice. But still really enjoyed our stay.
