Needing to upgrade the breakfast, fix the business center

Same breakfast everyday, need a change. Business center not working, laundry room not working. Kudos to the young man who serviced the room.

Roaches ran back in the wall when I turned the lights on. Black mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Entire room gave off bed bug sanctuary with the roaches running around on the walls. For the price pest issues shouldn’t be an issue.

The location

The room was musty and the ac did not work.

Breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety.

There was a mildew smell when turning on the AC.

We did not eat the breakfast. The hotel location was convenient to the highway.

The bathroom was not clean. There was a smell of mildew as soon as we entered the room. We made a complaint at the front desk and requested that the shower curtain be changed and bathroom cleaned. When we returned the bathroom was cleaned and it smelled better.

Pleasantly surprised. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. The negative was the comforter for the sofa bed appeared to have been used for a paint cover. Spots of green blue and red that didn't come out in the laundry. Someone had scorched the iron and it had black flakes that came off. I saw it ahead of time and knew to iron my clothes on the wrong side. Affordable and I would definitely stay again. A little dated where minimal upgrade would be beneficial. Shout out to housekeeping. I disinfected the headboard as I do anywhere, then took their white hand towel to wipe it down. Towel was Mr. Clean white. I was positively shocked. Passed the white glove test. Breakfast was good, too far north for grits I guess. But did have hot waffles sausage eggs juice coffee and yogurt. Very filling. The front guest guy was so nice, since I didn't arrive until midnight, he said you can have a late check out and I didn't even ask. Had it been a leisure trip I would have gladly taken him up on his kind offer. Unfortunately I had to be at a funeral by noon the next day and had to check out on time. Who offers to be nice these days. Awesome
