I’ve been staying in hotels for work for the past six months, and this was my worst experience. The hotel is dirty, and the room was damp. I could hear conversations and yelling from all sides of my room. The sound insulation is very poor. I asked to change my room, but they refused. It’s now 5 a.m., and I have left the hotel. I can’t stay there any longer. I’m requesting a refund.

After driving for 500 miles I just needed a place to stop. I didn't need fancy amenities or anything else just a place to sleep for the night and this was perfect and the price reasonable. A good sized clean room with a soft bed and a hot shower is not too much to ask for but so many hotels miss the mark. This one didn't

Appreciate amenities and staff.

Sporadically Friday and Saturday room costs are unreasonably high. Weekend room cost are expected to increase; Saturday average room cost is $84-$100. Then without notice and reason Previously when event or sell out, vac, holiday (maximum) wkend room cost is around $160 - $180.. Recently my Friday and Saturday room charges make no sense, Also what is calculated to arrive at such differential room charges,? Such as F $180.00, S $289.00 F $223.85, S $279.00 - F 253.85, S $209.00 (these room costs June 13 to June 28) do not include taxes. Plus cents on 2 Fridays room charges before taxes???? Possibly error made by uninformed staff member. Bank computer glitch and suggestion for me to pay cash til delayed cc payment is received. I paid twice w Michelle on duty. I still need to receive my refund from 6/13-14 stay. I have bank, credit card, and cash payment receipts from 3 parties. Need refund... Thanks

"Bit dissatisfied "

Sign on outside blinking as if electric problem, entrance dingy and No air when entering. Staff not welcoming entire building muggy and Un air conditioned. Room ok but smelled of smoke, was 80 upon entering and air didn't seem to catch up. Upholstery dark and not fresh looming
