Wish the hotel also had a continental style breakfast.

ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN

It was affordable, average comfort, not as convenient to my meetings in Memphis (30-35 minutes away).

Inconsistent staffing at Front Desk; (1) too new and could not answer some questions and did not register my Marriott BonVoy for points. Another, not to interested in guest satisfaction concerns. Last one, simply would not provide the requested Invoice, kept citing that she's been there 5 years. Quoting; because of the way I booked, I could not have certain things like an invoice and points? I have stayed in other Marriott facilities, and I never hears such pettiness nor experienced such insulting denials. I believe she even delayed my "Incidental Refund Charge," in which I never ever have incidentals. I bring my own room snacks from home. And, the one-time I needed to use the on-property washer & dryer, I was told it was not working. Said I could use Holiday Inn Express next door? Plus, my room phone never did work. Every time I had to call the Front Desk, I had to call on my cellular phone. I was quiet disappointed, as I have stayed in another Four Points by Sheraton, and both times it was so quality in every way. I hope this Memphis TN South Wind location can be fixed and become a valuable accommodation. Respectfully, Pastor Gerald L. Smith, Sr. Guest Beaumont, Texas
