We liked the indoor pool but the heater was not on so it was a little chilly

We tried to get an early check-in because we arrived in Memphis much sooner and then anticipated they had nothing available nor did they ask us if we wanted to maybe enjoy the pool while we waited so we literally sat in the parking lot for hours 😔

Roomservice nur auf Bestellung Falsche Kaffee Pods für die In-Room Kaffeemaschine. Bei extremem Gewitter hat es durch die Decke geregnet! Zum Glück nur ein paar Tropfen

Nothing. When I got there the power was out and I booked for two nights for my birthday, I caught an Uber in the rain with my babies for them to say they had no power. Worst experience ever. No accommodations even after I had left and called about my refund. I didn't get offered any type of accommodations for the inconvenience or anything. I still had to wait for my refund sadly.
