Great little motel with beautiful rooms but a bit noisy. Got upgraded to a king bed. Amazingly friendly staff! Nice continental breakfast.

Rooms .are clean and well-kept: Bed very comfortable and warm. Perfect temperature to sleep. Started shovelling off 2nd floor balconey at 4:00 a.m. and woke up most of the customers - could not get back to sleep. Noisey as it is next to a major road (118th Ave) and the rooms face the road.
The outside of the building isnt too bad. Clean property, almost decieving. We arrived quite late and after already paying for the stay on Expedia we chose to stay but wouldnt have as the neighborhood presented itself as being a bit shady. We were welcomed into the hotel with a professional and friendly attitude and the front desk area seemed to be well kept for a first impression. We entered our room. The inside is not well maintained with regards to the room smelling of smoke and the room in need of an update to the new millennium. The walls were so thin and we listened to the person in the next room screaming in anger until 1am. We reported this to the front desk. The front desk, we believe, sorted it out because not long after the person was quiet. Breakfast was served at the front desk office area the next day and the front desk attendant was polite and friendly. Overall, we wouldnt stay there again. Our opinion.
