very affordable friendly staff even offer a breakfest in the morning. close to hospital and within walking distance from northlands i am sure having arena closed hurt there business.beds really comfy and have smart tvs in room and mini fridges, the bathroom fan didn't work there was wiring from heat vent in bathroom exposed there was no coffee pot or microwave in that room the tv was in main room and bed had its own room a bit strange, but was close to many stores and resteraunts the neighborhood is very old part of edmonton so can get a little noisy at night dogs barking and kids.the shampoo packets very hard to open. i would definetly come back here again good bang for your buck. most places are run down at this price but it was actually very plesant stay.

The reception was warm and welcoming environment. Customer service oriented individual at front desk.

The staff are great and I was bumped up to a nicer room for same price as a standard — the noise of cars driving by and a loud noise that we couldn’t identify- like a big heater is going on or something - nice clean room and perfect location for going to Expo Ctr tradeshow.

Good experience. Nice bedroom. Some upgrades need it but experience was very confortable.

The staff was wonderful and the room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Great location as far as accessibility to major routes for getting around the city.

Very nice place. Nothing fancy but very clean and very well lit at night. Staff were welcoming and willing to make the stay enjoyable. Continental breakfast each morning.

I had read reviews of this place before booking so I thought I knew what I was getting myself into. And although it was terrific for my budget, the room was fairly underwhelming and not comfortable. There was a distinct smoke smell in the non-smoking room. The bed was made nicely but beside the lamptables was a bit of grime. The bathroom was nice but the overall room had a dingy feel. And the continental breakfast was a very minimal spread right by the checkout counter. The staff were pleasant but book with care.
