"Lamentable e insalubre"

Que tenía parking gratuito y era fácil de acceder desde la carretera principal. El equipo de mantenimiento fue atento y puso unas máquinas para absorber la humedad en la habitación.

Es uno de los peores hoteles que he estado en mi vida. Las habitaciones son insalubres, el nivel de humedad es bestial y asqueroso. Mi hija asmática enfermo y no podía respirar de la humedad existente. No se pueden ventilar las habitaciones. Las sábanas se mojaban por completo de la condensación del cuarto. El desayuno es penoso. Tardan 45min en reponer y cuando van a cerrar te dicen que reponen cada poco. Espere 30min a que me dieran cubiertos. La calidad del desayuno es de muy baja calidad. El personal del desayuno dejaba mucho que desear por actitud de pasotismo. Las toallas de la piscina tenían agujeros del tamaño de un balón de fútbol. Fue el cumple de mi hija y les dije en la reserva e insitu si podrían tener un detalle de cantarle en el cumple o ponerle una vela para soplar, pero a pesar de decirme que sí nunca lo hicieron. Había estado en otros Wydham en otros países y es la última vez que vuelvo a esta cadena.

"Dirty stay at the Wyndham hotel at playa del Carmen"

My family and I stayed in April 2026 and it was a horrible experience when I first entered the hotel I could smell mold and the hotel lobby furniture was a bit run down and out dated. The shower curtains where moldy and stunk. When we where about to go to sleep we where shocked to see that the sheets where DIRTY!!! They where discuting full of stains! When I called reception around 10pm she said their was nothing they can do since the cleaning lady was gone. I asked if we can be moved to another room and said no! No accommodations or resolution where offered to us.
