On arrival we were told that none of the elevators work. Had to use stairs to carry all luggage to and from the room. At 6 am in the morning a false fire alarm went off and my kids and I had to leave the hotel and wait outside for 45 minutes. Once again using the stairs to and from the room. No retribution was offered for any of the inconveniences. I would not stay here again.

"Run from roaches "

The front desk staff were amazing. The roaches were not. Don’t stay until they have a chance to take care of the roach situation AND remove the moldy curtains from the rooms. Not safe to stay at this location health-wise.
