Great location.

Urine on toilet seat in our room. Old bag of popcorn in the drawer. Booked a king room and they put us in a queen. The girl checking us in seemed annoyed with customers.

It was alright. Front desk person was pleasant. Baked cookies was a nice touch. Pool was not open. Cost of stay was not worth it.

Did not know the pool and hot tub would not be available. Could not get a refund. Paid more money for this hotel for the pool and whirlpool

Supposedly something was broken so no pool or hot tub. Seems to me if something is broken and it’s unavailable we should be compensated.

I gave the poor rating because the pool and hot tub were out of order and the front desk clerk did not even apologize for it. He was very rude to me and had the attitude ‘too bad so sad’. I paid extra money to stay at the property to use the hot tub after skiing. I paid about $100 more for two nights to have the hot tub that wasn’t available. I am very disappointed in the service and not being able to use the hot tub.

We chose this hotel solely for a hot tub. Payed double the price (than hotels around Elkins without a hot tub) just to find out at the check in, that it was not operational that day. The lady at the front desk was very nice and upgraded us to a suite (for a hot tub fiasko). Unfortunately, the housekeeping dropped the ball there as well. The toilet lid had stains and the toilet seat looked like a dog chewed on it (lots of disfigured plastic), i mean common, it's a suite, so people pay more for that, right? The new toilet seat like $10. Then i saw some brown stain on the sheet. And dont let me start with a baseboard dirt. So, I had to change the room. The 2nd room, still had a sloppy job in the bathroom. We were tired to go and try another hotel. So I just brought my own cleaning supplies to clean the whole bathroom. Sheets were clean this time. At breakfast, the pancake machine was broken, and also very limited seating, about 8 tables total. It's probably tough to find a seat on the weekend. Food was cold, but good thing they had a microwave for everybody to use.

Clean rooms, pool was a good size for my kids to swim, had cookies and hot chocolate at night for my kids. Was quiet at night
