"The worst"

This Hotel has the worst staff I have ever encountered. Unprofessional, ZERO communication no accountability. I do not recommend this hotel especially if you were to book their banquet room. The area sales mgr and GM do not communicate with staff. This was a complete nightmare and ripoff.
