“I really appreciated that the hotel offered a shuttle service to and from the airport, and that from the airport you could easily access the metro to get anywhere in the city — that was definitely a plus. Additionally, the hotel was very close to a metro station, which made it highly accessible and helped reduce transportation costs.

I was disappointed that the television in the room felt somewhat outdated. Given current standards, I would expect smart TVs with access to platforms such as YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, and other applications. Not having this functionality was quite frustrating.
