The staff were great, the location was perfect and the place was very clean

Staff was wonderful to deal with. We drove through the night and had car trouble. Staff offered us breakfast on a day we was not scheduled to be there and rushed to get a room ready before our scheduled check in time so we could rest.

Breakfast the first day was oatmeal which was just okay. The eggs were some type processed omelet looking and tasting thing. I was looking forward to having grits. The second day I got my grits and eggs. This was a whole lot better. The staff was most excellent and friendly. We checked in with Tara and she made us feel very welcome. Yvonne was who we dealt with the most. She was most helpful as we had a problem with our car and we to leave it an extra night to be fixed. She allowed us (we are loyality members) have a late checkout at 1pm when our car was finally ready. She was always smiling, friendly and very helpful. Quincy did the maintence in our room. He was also very friendly, professional and got the problems fixed quickly. Later on he inquired if everything was good and asked if we had anymore problems, which we did not. Everyone of the staff we saw were always smiling and friendly. Thankful for your staff.

We had some problems with the room; the refrigerator leaked, the stopper in the sink broke and the closet door squeaked and woke up my wife. However, those problems were quickly addressed by the staff.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wide variety of food and drinks to choose from at breakfast. Hotel/room was clean.
